First National Bank
Debitorder Smartphone unsuccesfull

I signed a contract in November 2012 for Smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S3 at "dot. FNB", Centurion. This is a two-year contract, from which a fixed amount of R 275 plus insurance should go down every month for 2 years. According to the salesperson, the debit order must go off on the 25th of every month, the debit order must begin the month after I received the smartphone. I received my Smartphone in Nov 2012, the withdrawal should have gone off on the 25th of December 2012.I've been struggling from Dec 2012 for my debit order to go off. In Jan 2013, I phoned the FNB Bank account department;086 032 7827, they informed me that there's a month gap, then the D/O for the phone should start going off. The following month, 25th of Feb 2013, it again didn't go off my FNB account. I phoned the FNB account department again, and the lady let me know that she will let the debit order go off next month, I asked her to let the D/O go off as soon as possible in the Month Feb 2013, but it didn't happen. I keep the amount due aside every month until the 25th, so FNB can deduct the amount due on my Smartphone. I'm afraid for being blacklist for something I didn't do. FNB must make sure my credit record aren't affected.
