i had a jet account and i was handed over to VVM and last year November i made an arrangement to pay and close the acc and get the paidup letter. so i went to jet and ask if i settle the acc how much should i pay and they told me its R2500 then i paid it at Jet Green stone and the lady called customer care to arrange the paid up letter which i was promised to get within 24hours but didn't get it after 4-7 days i an sms from VVM that to settle the acc i must go pay R317.78 and the acc will be closed by the 11 of Nov and i did pay it and waited again for the paid letter but with no luck the during Dec holidays i went to jet to check if the acc was closed to my surprise they told me i owe R25 so i wont get the letter as long as there something owing and i paid and they told me about 24hours again. First week of Jan i went to remind them as i didn't get any letter they told i owe R2.30 and i must cal VVM after paying it and I've been trying to get hold of you (VVM) but the number is not going through (0874701183) and the other i hold for the next available agent for an hour (0113298500)
