I had an Edgards account that was handed over to Anthony Richards and i paid it up last year and on the 09/08/13 i went to Edgards in Jabulani Mall to request a paid up letter was advised that i need to get it from their lawyers and then on the 12/08 i called them and spoke to Mrs Mathysen who told me that it will take 3-4 days toget the letter after that 4 days i still did not get the letter and i called them again on the 19/08 spoke to Mrs Legion who told me that Matthesn gave me wrong information the letter normally takes long and promised to sent it to me on the 20/08 up today am still waiting i do not what kind of letter are they preparing because it just standard letter on a template that they already have.
