On the 04/03/13 I called Edgars to get a settlement letter on my account, they told me the account has been handed over to R & T attorneys, I called the attorneys at round abt 12pm and was promised i'll get the letter on 05/3/13, I called them again cause I had not recieved the letter, I spoke to Tshidi who later put me through to Candice who promised me i'd get the letter on 06/3/13 8am in the morning, still I had not recieved the letter on the 6th, I called R&T again and spoke to Mille and asked to speak to the supervisor and the supervisor refused to talk to me as I could her him on the backround, his name is Jimmy, I then called Edgards customer care and spoke to Tyra who put me through to accounts and they called R&T and a lady by the name of Bayo promised to send me the later, at 11am she called and said they have sent the letter I told her I didn't recieve it and she promised to send it again, it is now 13:51 and still no luck, I called them again and I was told Bayo is on lunch and no1 can assist me, I'm livid, I've had enough of these people and I told them if I dnt get the letter I REFUSE to settle the account Edgards must fond new attorneys cause R&T is uselless.
