I was a client of RCS could pay my account and was handed over now I have settled the account and I am told that My paid-up letter will take a months as I am not the only customer who is waiting for the letter. This is unfair to me as consumer because i have paid i should be getting my letter on the spot.
the account was paid on the 13/05/2013. i called th RCS call center but they say they cannot help me as my account is now handed over. Please assist as I need the letter urgently.
