Paid up lette

In March this year my MTN account was paid and I was not even notified by VVM that MTN has closed the book on the account. I recent contacted VVM for a paid up letter. VVM says MTN has to provide the letter MTN says VVM needs to provide the letter as they are attorneys.

Please I just want the letter to be emailed to me.
