I have a JET account that is currently being handled by MBD. I have agreed that I will pay R100.00 per month towards my account, which I have been doing and have not missed a payment. Every single month without fail I receive 2 smses, an email and a call. when I pay I receive 2 smses thanking me for my payment. I have written letters and also spoken to the call centre consultants not to send me any correspondence as this just adds unnecessary costs to my account. after telling them that I do not want any correspondence/sms/telephone calls, they still continue to harass me. its not fair that we are continuously being billed when we are trying to sort out our debts
