I am really disappointed by the service at Pholosa's Call Centre. my account was handed to them by Home Choice and ever since i started paying i never skipped a month of paying them. i never received a statement from them ever and was told that if i need one i must pay for it. Secondly i tried very much to pay off the account and evertime i do that i am told i need to pay a certain amount whne i did, they told me of another amount i paid it off and since the 7th August i have been requesting for a paid up letter wich i still haven't received. Wwhat makes me furious is when I spoke to a guy called Sibusiso on the 30th Aug 13 in the Call Centre to tell him that i haven't received the paid up letter he tells me that his queries department is under pressure and doesn't know what is happening as the request for the letter was received. when i spoke to him he laughs with his other collegues on the side as if i am not important. the service at Pholosa Assets management Call Centre is unproffessional and they don't even care about customers. i still have to wait for another 14 days to get the letter requested from the 7th Aug.
