I had a Cell C account about 5 yrs ago which I cnx via email but as per Cell C they never received it and I was billed for an extra month. I then made a cash deposit to Cell C to settle the account. On 24June2013 I received a sms from Pholosa indication that I had an outstanding balance of R347.88 due 6June2013. I called them to confirm why and were told of my Cell C account as I could not find the original cash deposit slip made 5 years ago to Cell C I then agreed to pay the outstanding balance. I called on 5July and was given an amount of R728 which I disputed and requested a detailed statement which I did not received until today. On 6July2013 I made cash payment, I called on 10 July 2013 to confirm if my payment were received and was told no but that I will receive a confirmation letter via email after a week which I still haven't received. On 23Aug2013 I received a call from JM attorney's indication that I still owe an additional R139 which were not included in the settlement amount. I called back and spoke to a team leader Thulani/Thabiso who confirmed that I do not owe them the R139, today I received a call again indicting that I still owe the R139. MY QUESTION IS WHY R139.
