My vodacom account was handed over to MBD Attorneys on 24 December 2012. i made an arrangement with them to originally pay R250 pm. i did not want to agree to a debit order, as i intended to keep my promise. i have the proof of all the payments done electronically and i even paid earlier and more than agreed. every month i get an email notification or sms notification saying that i have not paid the account and they add the charges on my account. i have phoned numerous times, but with no luck. i feel i am not responsible for the additional costs they added as i kept to my agreement and there was no need to send me emails or sms notifications. according to my records my account is now paid up, except for the unneccesary charges. hope this can be resolved asap as this affects my credit score unnessesarily.
