On 23rd August 2013 I received a statement for the final amount due of R 819.45 which i paid in full on 24th August 2013. Today i received another statement with a new outstanding balance of R53.83.
I refuse to pay this as i paid in full the amount of R 819.45. I cannot locate an emails to email them proof and to call them (as VVM has a call centre) would cost me a fortune.) I no longer reside in South Africa any more and i have now paid them in full yet they still keep sending me statements and the amount differs every time.
I am tried of been harassed via emails every 7 days... the first statement i received stated the statement was valid for seven days only! The need to do the maths if i received a statement for R 819.45 on 23rd and i paid on 24th... that is not seven days... it is one day after i received the statement
