I requested a statement from Norman Bissett & Associates on the 08/03/2012. According to this statement e-mailed to me my outstanding balance was R 481.62. This amount was paid.
They contacted me about a week ago to tell me that they have not received my payment. When requesting a statement again on the 18/04/2013, in order for me to establish which payment was not received I noticed that my statement balance on the 08/03/2013 was actually R 450.90. Less that the previous statement.
This is not acceptable and how can there be such inconsistencies in a balanced statement by an accounts department.
