Yesterday I received my new statement and I am furious to say the least.
On Nov 26 2013 Logged in to your web site, and viewed my account to see what amount was left to be payed, it showed 309.36. I then made payment for this amount, which in turn would settle the account.
Yesterday I received a statement showing I paid this amount but there is now for Dec 8 an outstanding interest amount of R16.66 and closing balance is R13.81.
I have settled this account, why am I being charged any other amounts? I will be waiting for you to fix this issue asap, before I take this matter further. I also request a letter stating this account is paid in full and this account is closed as I will no longer buy from you if this is the way you treat customers.
