Requested a final statement showing what is outstanding to settle the account on the 18th November 2013.
Received the statement on the same day, paid the oustanding amount of R668.52 and now get told I can't get a paid up letter as there is still an amount outstanding, AGAIN! When does this ever stop?? I am constantly being harassed with phone calls and sms.
