HARASSMENT FROM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I have been harassed by the accounts department regarding my edgars account being in arrears by a substantial amount of money. I have not received my statement in a while nor my edgards club magazine which I get charged for every month. When I questioned the information regarding the claimed outstanding amount, the lady kept trying to get me to commit to paying a certain amount. I explained that I will not commit to amounts over a recorded phoneline but she was adamant. I asked her to email me a full statement of the past few months so I could see what edgars claims I have bought to push my account up so high warranting such an instalment. I have not received this statement. I paid an extra amount via eft trusting this would be okay until monthend when hopefully I would have received my statement showing purchases. I got another call from a lady called Daisy who also tried to force me to commit to agreeing to a certain amount in payment and I asked her for a statement email which I have not received. Now I have been contacted by the National Credit Bureau which I find highly offensive considering I have been trying to get information regarding my account so I can sort it out.
