I sent through a contact form to enquire about becoming a customer. I did recieve a call back within a few minutes which I was happy about. The biggest gripe I have was that I was told that there was no coverage in my area and the person who called had no real interest in seeing if there were any options. Your website appears to suggest that should there be no coverage you might become a new hotspot and help expand the network but in my case it appears that this might have been too much effort or your agent simply wasn't bothered to go the extra mile with the customer to see if there was anything that could be done. Dissapointed with the service seeing as I saw such good feedback on mybroadband about your company.
