Hi there, I am interested in signing up for a home/office package but was told by one of your call center agents that there is no coverage in my area despite someone in the next road within 100m using your service.
For this reason I cannot continue with my application as your call center agent insists I will need to walk to that house to make calls or use the internet.
Is it not within your interest to visit the area to test for coverage?
Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options. I find it rather strange that you are willing to turn down a potential customer and possibly many others because your system shows no coverage when I have confirmation that it works?
