No network Coverage, contrary to coverage map!

I have 2 Cell C Contracts and live in Northwold in Randburg. For the 1 contract I have just upgraded to a Galaxy S4 and the second 1 is for a Samsung tablet 10.1 inch, this device is around 1 year and 3 months old.
The network coverage is ridiculous. With the S4, it is impossible to talk for a period longer than 2 minutes without the line cutting off and reporting some form of network error. Trying to connect to the internet on both devices requires booking time out in my diary as I might only be successful only on my 5th attempt. Prior to upgrading to the S4 I suspected it was my aging handset, however post my upgrade the situation remains the same. I checked the coverage map you have on your website and my area is apparently covered. It is so bad I even struggle getting connecting to your customer care. At the end of the day it does not matter how cheap the pricing on your products is but if the service is unavailable it counters all your campaigns that you are running. I have a Vodacom contract and it works perfectly fine. I completed a network fault logging form on the 12th, sent a complaint via the website and no reponse. If you cant deliver on the contract then release me.
