And my Cellc drama carries on. Was given a call by the network technician. There is an apparent very bad network problem in my area. My options were to have my 2 contracts cancelled or to just stick with it. What have I gained for paying faithfully all these years? A huge stuff you and wait or go elsewhere. I was told I would not be refunded anything or compensated in any way for the past 5 months due to their despicable network coverage. If I'm not happy they are ever willing to cancel my contracts. This is such a total ripoff. It's just as good as. I suppose if i do cancel my contracts I will have to give in the handsets as well, all this after being a well paying customer with an above spend average although I have paid already many times over for the handsets. I was asked to wait till the end of Nov for the base stations to be upgraded, it's now the 10th of Dec and I'm told that it would take another month or so before the network is sorted out. Faithful customers are being ripped off by cellc. This is not fair. What are my options at the end of the day? I don't have any amicable solution other than this has to be done Cellc's way or nothing. That's simply sad Cellc.
