Capturing Outdoor Events - What a joke

In 2013 Vitality moved the outdoor events capture procedure in-house, ie onto the Discovery portal, away from SA-Active. The first event went well, participated, captured and points awarded within a day or two. Thereafter things have gone pear-shaped. It took a month to capture my second event. Inside discovery the event was listed, outside connections could see nothing. Finally, on month rollover it appeared and I could capture. This week it was time to capture event three. The Karkloof Classic attracted close to 3000 MTBikers. Surprise, the event is not listed. I request the event addition, attaching all relevent event info, and get a response after 24 hours to submit my details to facilitate capture by Vitality. SORRY, this is not what your request asked. It asks for event detail, YOU ADD, and I capture once you get your ducks in a row. Th catch is that every response gois into the faceless vitalityinfo email, where you wait for days to get a response. COME ON VITALITY, get your act together.
