No points for Parkrun events

Discovery state that you will be awarded points for outdoor events that follow the following guidelines:

"To earn Vitality points the event must meet the following criteria:
An officially organised and timed event of a specified distance on a specified date that
requires registration and the issue of race numbers.
A sport intended to increase heart rate so as to produce cardio respiratory health benefits to
the person."

However this is a blatant as they refuse to award points for the Parkrun events and will not give me a reason for this. They say they will review this in a years time.
