I submitted a claim on the 17th. After 2 followup phone calls and 3 emails my claim is still not paid.
The staff are useless - no followup or reply letting me know.
And when I find the reason - its because their staff cant see the address clearly.
Please discovery - this is not the first time ive fought with you to get claims paid.
Please provide a decent level of customer service.
