On 14 Jan I submitted a request for assistance on the Living Vitality site for claiming Vitality points for bootcamp for my wife. The auto response said I would receive a response in four hours. (ref: 3152261637)
8 hours later and no response I forwarded this to VitalityInfo (ref: 3153175002)
How am I meant to get a response to a simple query?
I am sure Discovery will have an excuse for once again not delivering service.
Considering each year the maintenance and cost required to keep my Vitality status has gone up, I look forward to next year where it will probably be to much maintenance, and I can look for service elsewhere.
