Rather messy these claims on the Discovery website. If you are lucky the event shows within hours. Nice and Easy. Heaven forbid you have another race. No amout of call centre interaction, No amount of emails with strings of details can get them to add the event. After two weeks they add the points manually. WHAT CAN BE SO DIFFICULT? Has the IT department had a melt-down on this particular event? Surely you check with the organisers and check results, but to be so absolutely clueless?
