Jet account opened on my behalf

I have recently checked my credit profile, which I usually do every month. However this month, it noted on my credit report that I have opened a Jet account. I have not!

This account has subsequently been closed, however this is an issue for me that someone has opened a Jet account on my behalf without my consent. This also now reflects on my credit report.

I have emailed the fraud department and customer care about this... twice, and no correspondence or even acknowledgment to date.
