Good day

I received a message from Discovery saying my gym benefit was cancelled due to not going enough.

I then contacted them IMMEDIATELY saying hat there has been a mistake. I gym at the planet fitness in Aurora and that the scanners have been off for at least 2-3 months. I do sign in to the book but i gym at night, normally after 7H30 and i was once told, there is no book but i can write my discovery details down onto a piece of paper. This has happened before though so i did not question it.
I contacted discovery to say that they should check the records as i expect the gym staff to capture the book at least and i have had no feedback regarding the matter. Even when i do not have tiime to go, i always ensure that i am there at least twice a month. always.

I have had no feedback with regards to the matter, i haven't heard anything from the gym either and i don't know if i can still go? I do think that it is ridiculous that i have to pay an additional activation fee again if i have met the requirements. Very dissapointed.

My last email to Ofentse was on the 21st of May.
