On the 29th of August, I visited Buffalo Toyota in East London to check out the problem with my brakes. They said they would order the brakes and also noticed that my wheel nuts were not correctly fitted, so they would charge it. When I came to fetch my car, I noticed that the wheel cap had been removed, and I thought they would put it back when they fixed it.
On the 6th of September, they fixed my car, and when I asked about the wheel cap, they didn't know its whereabouts. Puleng Ndandani, who helped me, said they would call me on Monday, the 9th of September. They never called me until I reached out to them. They sent me an email with a picture or footage of my car. I requested to come and see the footage because it was not clear, and the time on that footage was not the time I took my car from them, and there was no date.
They haven't replied to my email till today. I am really not happy with the way they treated me.
