Bad service

My computer has been in for "repairs" while it's still under the 6-month guarantee. It has been one month, and I cannot get answers from the branch in Tygervalley. Beulah is of no use as a manager. She says she will phone me back but never does. The hard drive stopped working. I bought the computer for business and need it, but they are just playing around. My money did not play when I bought it.
