I bought groceries at Pick n Pay on my Discovery Credit Card and swiped the healthy food card issued to me before every purchase. After not receiving any cashback for 2 months I logged an enquiry on 5 March and was then advised - 3 days later that they traced the transactions and would correct it in the next billing cycle. Needless to say this dit not happen so I phoned again - 2 weeks ago. I was then called back and told that I am the healthy food card is invalidated by my Discovery Credit Card. They did not tell me this in March, so I was swiping my healthy food card the whole of March. As I bought a lot of healthyfood, the cashback adds up to a lot of money. According to Discovery I am to blame and they refuse to pay my cashback.
