I haven't received my cash backs in over a yea

My name is Thabiso Motloung, a member of Discovery medical Aid and Vitality, I also have a discovery credit card (which I kept active, because, I can take advantage of the cash back benefits, when you buy healthy food at pick n pay, its like R250pa card fee for this card). I have been buying healthy food at pick n pay ever since, this benefit of cash back came into play, some years ago, and have always done the same thing, when I pay at pick n pay, give the cashier my PnP smart shopper card and then, my Discovery credit card to earn points. For some reason, last week, I went to check my statement, and to my surprise and shock, I realise, I haven't received any cash back, for I dont know how long, cause, the transaction statement, can show only 6 months transactions. I called Discovery Vitality to find out the story, I'm was told my card was suppose to be swiped twice, to earn points, that was the new rule. The question I asked, was, does all the cashier I pay food from, not aware of this, cause, they always swip once. The agent told me, I should just forget about those previous cash backs. Is this the type of treatment one gets? I'm not the one who swipes the card. I earned to cash backs
