The pharmacy got an email to deliver a repeat on monday. they decided the script had expired and just did not bother (this is the umpteenth time I have issues with this, but different causes) they were told by the doctor that the script is valid only after I had to call them again today. they have my contact details, they just do not care. they only send the payment amount at 1145, and being a career person I could only pay later. the receipt from the EFT only reached them by 1615 so they then were very efficient in telling me that they can only deliver the next day, because of my late payment. 5 days in JHB, with technology, every month, every time I have to go through this. and complaints about brand damage, lack of choice due to monopoly etc etc etc fall on deaf ears.
