D & P are Diamond Vitality members on Classic Comprehensive. Av R12K pm Woolies spend at least R2K items qualifying for 25% CashBack since Mar.
Discovery site says "cash back on HealthyFood purchases can take up to 60 days to reflect."
28 Jul emailed as only R109 cashback at 9 Jul. 4 Aug spoke to Mandla.
23 Sep again. Inane reply from Mohammed Areff (MA).
25 Sep "D's few transactions with very few HealthyFood items ARE receiving CashBack. P's 100's with VERY MANY HealthyFoods have not generated ANY CashBack AT ALL. Attached is a scan of 3 till slips which clearly show items marked as VIT for which NO CASH BACK WAS GENERATED."
2 Oct Jimmy Dube "An enquiry of this nature can take up to 3 to 5 working days to be resolved."
14 Oct again. 15 Oct MA "escalated" & called.
22 Oct "What is happening? MA said this was resolved & CashBack owing to us would be manually calculated."
24 Oct MA "escalated this query twice & busy resolving. Please allow a few more days."
28 Oct MA "problem with Woolworths 2 separate systems. Once they activate the benefit & grant us access to her info all the old transactions should be sent to us."
P "you said so on 15 Oct. When will it actually happen? "
