For two days I have tried to get a pre-authorisation for my mother to go for a CT Scan. When you call you hold indefinitely, either the phones are not working or they just simply don't care. I sent an e-mail, followed by a second one and still no response. If they require additional information surely one would expect them to make contact? Then I went via their website and tried to get something that way - well they obviously don't give a hoot!
One thing is certain, I will be resigning from this abysmal excuse for a medical aid and go elsewhere. They're very keen to push up premiums but not so keen to offer common customer service!
