My family and I was members of the medical scheme for more than 20 years. The lack of capability of the service provider is shocking. They just do not want to listen, do not response ons requests and if you mannage to get through to them, they try to explain how "studid" you are for not understanding that a medical svheme is not there to pay for medical bills/expenses. They clearly are under the impression that we owe them the monthly premiums and that they do not need to give any service or any energy to you. I cannot believe that any service provider in these days can get away with this kind of attitude against clients. It seems to me that they want the money, but do not want to give any service however in exchange. The Consomer Protector need to investigate this medical scheme. It's disgusting. Anda surprise that their doors are still open for business... : I feel like I'm roobbed - This is my feeling - feels like daylight. Even the doctors doesn't want to see you if they hear that you ar at Resolution, you then must pay cash without any expectation to get the money back from resolution when you claim it yourself. In one word. Disgusting, will make me fomit.
