I even convinced my Managers, who wanted me to join another well known medical aid to rather join you guys. Now, I regret it. I have emailed [Email Removed] twice already and from the complaints I am reading on this website, it became clear that I am not going to get an answer soon, just like no one is answering the phones and one has to hold on forever to just get through and then get told that they will transfer me to another person because they can't help me. I have given up on holding on for you guys. I don't have the time to sit here and listen to music the whole day - I have a job as well. Please inform me on the time frame of when my mails will be answered. I would just like to prepare myself on how long I have to endure the pain I am in before I can get an honest (and hopefully friendly-which does not seem the norm there) answer out of you guys.
