Resolution Health did contact me back regarding my mom's medical bills. they didn't pay anthing towards the farst medical expenses. i will have to accepted the fact. but i suggest, almost insist that any consultant selling medical plans must explain the "without PMB" clause in detail to the client. they dont comply with the Consumer Protection Act. please train the consultants properly..
