We joined the Compcare Wellness Medical Scheme via Care Line Trading cc they are charging us R40.00 per month for services (authorisations from the medical aid etc.) on Thursday 23/01/2014 I phone them and asked them to assist me for an authorisation number for the hospital as my son is scheduled to go in tomorrow 28/01/2014 to take out his tonsils, the lady working on our file Marchelle informed me that they no longer help their clients to get authorisation numbers and that I have to contact the medical aid myself. I told the lady its nonsense as they did not inform me and that they are still taking our R40.00 per month. She then told me that she will pass al the info on to Compcare Wellness Medical Scheme on Thursday. It's now MONDAY and I still have no authorisation number. Why do we need to pay for a service that's not delivered. I please need the authorisation number from my medical aid before the end of today.
