I am very angry..! I am an exceptionally healthy and well paid individual. I do not want to be on your highest level plan. The coastal saver suits me just fine. I specifically shop at Woolworths because of their outstanding quality of fresh produce and was very excited when I heard that Vitality and Woolworths were teaming up to provide the healthy food benefit to members. To learn that I am to be denied this benefit because of some unsubstantiated survey that says I'm not good enough to shop at Woolies is ..!!!
I demand that you change this immediately.. You have a lot of very unhappy Clients..!!!
