NO ONE TAKING OWNERSHIP

It has been more than 2 months of sending emails back and forth and Discovery have still not been able to sort this matter out. I am sick and tired of spending so much time explaining this over and over again and am back at square one with them. Totally fed up!!

I had a Discovery Life Policy with Vitality which reduced my gym membership costs with Virgin Active. I paid almost R1500 in premiums in January, February and March.
I started a new job in January which includes life cover with Discovery, so in January I opted to cancel my personal life policy. From 1 February I also took out a Discovery Medical Aid with Vitality through payroll.
In February It was clear then that I had paid Vitality twice because there was a month overlap.
To rectify the double payment, there was not a Vitality deduction on my March payslip.
BUT BECAUSE OF THIS, MY VIRGIN GYM MEMBERSHIP SHOT UP FROM R206.25 TO R625. AND AGAIN IN APRIL BECAUSE DISCOVERY STILL HAVEN'T INFORMED VIRGIN?? I've raised this numerous times but am still waiting for a refund of overpaid gym fees. I also haven't had confirmation if my Vitality points were transferred.
Slow pathetic inefficient service!!
