Almost a month has passed and I'm very frustrated with your response in regarding my reinstatement of my membership.
I sent a email to Avusa Media Hr in regarding the payments audit trail but have not received any feedback
I want my membership reinstated with my Vitality please forward me a application for my banking details or provide me a account to deposit the monthly premiums.
My membership was terminated on 30 dec 2012 .I hve no cover since jan 2013 till current why do u stil need the payment stubs for months I was not covererd and refused medical aid from discovery.i had to pay cash when attending hospitals and doctors.
