I recently terminated my medical aid with Discovery and Discovery in turn terminated my Virgin Active vitality membership. however Virgin Active took R500 from m account this month without any authorisation to do so and after my contract had been terminated by Discovery. I find this to be completely unacceptable. I had only authorised R100 to be taken monthly in terms of Discovery Vitality gym membership. I demand that my money be refunded to me or else I will seek legal action.
