An appointment was made for 16.30 for myself and my 2 daughters.got to the docs rooms @ 16.30 only to be told that walk-in patients first.waited over an hour and still was not attended to.what makes THOSE patients special thathat they can just walk in and be attended without an appointment. I will never visit a medicross clinic again.well I guess they don't care.
