I was previously a Discovery member and terminated my membership a year ago.
I have since been trying to reactivate my membership for the last 2 months but to no avail. I have spoken to numerous call centre agents and have been sent and resent (e-mailed) the relevent forms (14 times in total) back to Discovery and each time no-one contacts me, instead I recieve an automated e-mail saying they have recieved my application but yet nothing is done.
There has to be other medical aid companies out there that want the business if Discovery doesnt.
