My son went to virgin active and was told his gym membership was cancelled.we did not cancel this at any time. i phoned vitality on numerous occasions and was always told they are looking into it. what has been happening with our continued payments and his life policy premiums. each time i phone i get another refeence number and am told someone will phone. we then received an email giving him a letter that he could use at the gym in the meantime but it was only valid until the 17 of this month. the email said they would contact us in 3 to 5 days. i received no information regarding the payments for his gym membership or his life policy payments that we have been making since then. The reference number on the emails is 2749430060. Today i phoned discovery again to find out what is going on i spoke to boitumelo who says the gym membership was reinstated on 27 February but we have not heard anything. boitumelo was very unhelpful she could not undrstand that we have been paying these premiums for his life policy as well as gym membership . what has phappened to these paymrnts. she kept on saying its not their problem any more i must speak to other departments. please give me feedba
