Dear Muhammed.
After receiving yet another automated response from Discovery regarding my gym membership, i have decided to shop around for a more efficient medical aid. not only have i found a medical aid thats R1200 cheaper on my monthly premiums then what i am currently paying on my medical aid hospital plan for my whole family, but they also cover up too 200% of my drs fees. the 1st thing i asked the consultant was what was their rewards in terms of gym membership. i was told that if i go between 9-12 times a months i will receive between R300 and R450 cash back. that already takes care of my gym membership premiums.i asked about a waiting period, i was told that because i have been with 1 medical aid for 10 years, i will be given immediate membership. so thank u discovery for paying my delivery fees at a 100%, thank u for canceling my gym membership even though my dr put me on bed rest for the duration of my pregnancy, thank u for not rewarding ALL members for the woolworths benefit and thank u for not imforming us about the non cancellation of the gap cover. come 01/01/2014, my family and i will be moving over.
