Terminating my contract and still billing me

I was ment to go in for an operation the 3rd april so i put in a claim, i have been a member for three months which is the official waiting period for claims. I had to run around and fax through forms from the police to state i hadnt been to a gp in a certain amount of time by tue at 4pm i had still not heard back from the medical aid so i had to rescedule the date to the 15th. we phoned to ask what was happening and turns out they decided to terminate my contract on the second of april but they did not contact me to inform me of this action. Then they still withdrew my money on the day of termination. The reason for termination could still not be explained properly. Momentums service for me has been an absolute nightmare. They are rude and unifficiant. When i applied i had no knowlage that i would need an operation but now i do and have to find a new medical aid and will now struggle to find a place to cover me for the same price because i am now aware i need an operation. Now i will have to purspone my operation for longer and it is not something someone wants to play around with. I am in constant pain and will stay that way thanks to the incompetance of momentum health.
