Resolution health authorised my operation but only paid my surgeon half the amount after telling me on a recorded call that the rates were fine and all would be covered, my second operation is now in jeopardy thanks to my own medical aid... they have been 'resolving the issue' with no feedback. The lack of consideration and care from someone who is supposed to have my health in their interest is shocking.
One has to wonder if i have a medical aid at all.
