Child needs operation

My son Keenan must go for a needed operation.
We have tried to burn them off but they are back and he is currently under medication which is also not helping, so the specialist advised to do everything under operation.
There are more than 24 warts that need to be seen to and the medical aid refuses to authorise the claim.
