I had a back operation and we don't receive any feedback pertaining to the payment of PMB services received or x-rays prior to operation.
The call centre is a waste of time to contact and by e-mail you only receive "automatic replies" When joining the scheme a consultant came to see us and after 7 years nobody care to reply.
I am considering the ombudsman and/or moving my medical aid. As a patient recovering from a long operation I don't see the need to worry about payments supposed to be done by the medical aid.
I am concerned that my name will be listed on ITC due to failure from medical aid to inform me what's happening. I will not recommend people to join this medical aid due to very bad service not needed now!!!
