Tomorrow (14/05/13) I have to be admitted into hospital for an operation which costs about R12000 for my pregnancy but my medical aid has just declined for no reason. i have been calling them to get info but no-one is not willing to give me the reason why they are declining as in is an important operation. Please assist me. As i depended on the medical aid and they decline for no reason. Before I joined the medical aid I inquired if they will cover the operation through my broker to which the person he spoke to agreed only to decline when I'm a member.
